By accessing or using Balnce, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Balnce is a fitness coaching platform offering workout programs, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and AI-assisted insights.

The service is provided for general fitness and wellness purposes and is not a medical service.

All content, programs, nutrition guidance, and AI-generated insights provided through Balnce are general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before starting any fitness, nutrition, or supplement program — especially if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself.

You acknowledge that physical exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risk, and you assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or harm.

You will use your own judgment when following any program and will stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, discomfort, or distress.

You will not misuse the service or use it for any unlawful purpose.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed.

Balnce, including its programs, content, branding, and software, is owned by Balnce and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your personal data remains yours. You grant us the licenses needed to use your data to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

With your separate opt-in consent, Balnce may use your progress photos and transformation results as testimonials, governed by our Photo Consent Policy.

This consent is optional and revocable at any time from Settings.

We will not misrepresent your results when used as a testimonial.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source of the platform.

You will not scrape, overload, or otherwise disrupt the service or its providers.

The service relies on third-party providers (hosting, AI, authentication, payments). Their respective terms and policies apply to your use of those services.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balnce disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balnce shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or damage arising from your use of the service or your decision to follow any program or guidance, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe may cause harm to the service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material, we will require your acceptance before it takes effect.
